The National Center of Meteorology warned of moderate to heavy thunderstorms that may lead to flash floods, accompanied by hail showers and active winds that reduce horizontal visibility in parts of several regions.
The center explained that rainy conditions will affect Jazan, Asir, Al Baha, and Mecca, while light to moderate rain is expected in parts of the Medina and Najran regions, as well as the southern parts of the Eastern and Riyadh regions.
It noted that surface winds causing dust and sandstorms will be active in the coastal parts of the Tabuk and Medina regions.
