Riyadh is hosting from October 23-25 the largest international event in longevity science, biohacking, and integrative medicine, bringing together elite pioneers, researchers, and wellness experts from Saudi Arabia and around the world at the inaugural Zenos Health Summit.

The summit is attended by over 1,500 participants and 70 Saudi and international speakers

The summit is the first of its kind in the region and focuses on innovative health initiatives for Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to establish new standards for health and wellness in the Middle East.

The summit, held at Bab Samhan Hotel in Diriyah, features over 1,500 participants and 70 Saudi and international speakers from various countries around the world.

The summit is organized in alignment with the Healthcare Transformation Program and in partnership with the Vision Program and Quality of Life Program.

Speakers from Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East will present the latest topics such as biohacking and longevity, precision and functional medicine, nutritional sciences, AI diagnostics, and improving emotional well-being through sessions and lectures.

Alongside panel discussions, lectures, and workshops, the three consecutive days will feature physical exercises, yoga sessions, Saudi heritage and artistic performances, and international music concerts. Each evening includes immersive elements such as fire shows, electronic oud players, acrobatic performances, and laser light displays. Entertainment integrates with cultural activities, wellness experiences, relaxation, and fine dining in desert-inspired settings.

The summit’s evening entertainment program transforms each night into a distinctive cultural journey: “From Saudi Arabia” celebrates local heritage, “To the World” showcases global artistic creativity, and “To the Future” explores cutting-edge performance.

The entertainment program reflects the summit’s mission of blending traditional Saudi culture with global wellness and health innovations. Local Saudi artists will perform alongside international artistic works, creating a unique cultural exchange that honors both heritage and contemporary expression.

Each evening concludes with curated experiences in specially themed tents featuring digital storytelling, traditional herbal knowledge, meditation spaces, and a glimpse into the future of personalized medicine, allowing guests to continue their wellness journey beyond the main stage performances.

Bab Samhan Hotel

The Bab Samhan Hotel is a luxury desert resort located near the edge of the Empty Quarter in Saudi Arabia. It is designed to reflect traditional Najdi architecture, featuring fortress-like structures that echo the region’s historical building styles. The hotel offers a modern, high-end experience while providing guests with a sense of the area’s ancient heritage and vast desert landscape.

Diriyah

Diriyah is a historic town located on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and was the original home of the Saudi royal family. It served as the first capital of the First Saudi State, established in 1744, and was a major political and religious center. The site, particularly the mud-brick district of At-Turaif, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and represents the birthplace of the modern Saudi state.

Saudi Vision 2030

Saudi Vision 2030 is a strategic framework launched in 2016 to reduce Saudi Arabia’s dependence on oil, diversify its economy, and develop public service sectors such as health, education, infrastructure, recreation, and tourism. The vision is built upon three main themes: a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation, with goals that include increasing private sector involvement and promoting a more secular and open social culture. It represents a historic transformation plan for the country, aiming to position Saudi Arabia as a global investment powerhouse and a hub connecting three continents.

Healthcare Transformation Program

The Healthcare Transformation Program is a major strategic initiative, typically launched by a government or health authority, aimed at fundamentally restructuring and modernizing a national or regional healthcare system. Its history is rooted in addressing systemic challenges like rising costs, aging infrastructure, and evolving public health needs, often driven by a vision to improve patient care through digital innovation, operational efficiency, and enhanced accessibility.

Vision Program

I am unable to provide a summary for “Vision Program” as it does not appear to be a specific place or cultural site. The term is commonly used to refer to various initiatives, such as corporate strategies, government schemes, or eye care services, rather than a physical location with a history.

Quality of Life Program

The Quality of Life Program is a major initiative launched in Saudi Arabia in 2019 as part of the nation’s Vision 2030. Its primary goal is to improve the lifestyle for citizens and residents by developing sectors such as entertainment, sports, culture, and urban livability. The program aims to create vibrant communities, enhance social well-being, and diversify the economy away from oil dependency.

Saudi heritage

Saudi heritage encompasses the rich cultural legacy of the Arabian Peninsula, rooted in ancient civilizations, Bedouin traditions, and the profound history of Islam. It is preserved through historic sites like the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif District in Diriyah, the original home of the Saudi royal family, and the rock art of the Hail Region. This heritage reflects a deep connection to the desert environment, traditional crafts, and the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, which has been a central cultural and religious event for centuries.

electronic oud

The electronic oud is a modern adaptation of the traditional oud, a pear-shaped stringed instrument central to Middle Eastern and North African music. It was developed in the latter half of the 20th century, incorporating electronic pickups and amplification to produce its distinctive sound while allowing for greater volume and effects. This innovation has enabled the oud to be integrated into contemporary and global music genres.
