The hotel project, approved by the Municipality, is located on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road in the Al-Fath district, covering an area exceeding 18,000 square meters. The project aims to boost tourism, stimulate investment, and develop infrastructure. On the other hand, the investment opportunity presented by the Municipality involves the establishment, operation, and maintenance of an administrative building and facilities on Jamal Al-Maliki Road, branching off from Amir Al-Mu’minin Umar bin Al-Khattab Road in the Jamaa Umm Khalid district, covering an area of 4,249 square meters. Details indicate that the contract duration is 15 years, and the opportunity details specify December 2nd as the date for opening bids. It is noted that the Medina Region Municipality and the municipalities of the region’s governorates present a number of investment opportunities through their various channels in multiple fields including commercial, industrial, agricultural, educational, environmental, public services, and other opportunities.
