The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) organized over 60 introductory meetings for more than 100 government entities across 8 regions. The goal was to explain the mechanism for adding and activating government services through the comprehensive national app “Tawakkalna,” one of the innovative national solutions that has made a tangible impact by providing access to over 1,000 services seamlessly and reliably through a single platform.

The “Tawakkalna” app embodies the aspirations to open new horizons in digital government services, enriching the experience of citizens, residents, and visitors to the Kingdom by offering unified digital services characterized by security and trust.

The meetings included representatives from vital and developmental sectors in the Kingdom, along with over 350 national developers and technical engineers. Held across 8 different regions, these sessions ensured technical and operational support for all entities, contributing to the development and launch of more than 500 new services within the app.

These meetings will continue to cover remaining government entities across various regions, highlighting the significance of “Tawakkalna” and its advanced capabilities for continuous development and high digital flexibility. This facilitates government agencies in adding new services for citizens, residents, and visitors alike, supporting national efforts to enhance quality of life and improve the efficiency of government services, ultimately increasing user satisfaction.

The app offers a unique digital experience, allowing users to access over 350 types of official cards issued by government entities for beneficiaries of all age groups. These include retiree cards, social security cards, employment cards, and service-related cards such as licenses and vehicle registration documents.

It also enables access to services from anywhere in the world and supports 7 languages, demonstrating the app’s advanced technical capabilities, which rival those of regional and international counterparts. “Tawakkalna” continues its development efforts to become a leading global app in terms of service quality and quantity, supporting the national vision of positioning the Kingdom as a leader in data-driven and AI-based economies.
