Social Security has specified the circumstances that require stopping a beneficiary’s pension, which include 9 cases.
According to the Social Security FAQ guide, pension payments to a beneficiary are stopped in the following cases:

  1. If one of the eligibility conditions is no longer met.
  2. If the Ministry confirms that the data provided about the individual or family is incorrect.
  3. If the beneficiary delays updating their personal data as requested by the Ministry for a period exceeding thirty days from the date they were notified to update it.
  4. If it is confirmed that a beneficiary eligible for rehabilitation does not comply with their rehabilitation plan.
  5. If it is confirmed that a beneficiary capable of work is not seeking employment, has not applied to the Ministry’s approved employment platforms (or equivalent), or has not accepted suitable job or training offers, as defined by the regulations.
  6. If the beneficiary resides permanently in a residential or treatment care center.
  7. If the beneficiary waives their right to the pension.
  8. Upon the death of the beneficiary.
