- Access “Beneficiary File”
- General Data
- Select “Add Income Source”
- Choose “Government Programs, Subsidies, and Rewards”
- Select “Other”
- Write the income source as text and add the monthly income amount
The Citizen Account Program explained the next procedure for applicants who receive an “Ineligible” message, specifying the method and timeframe required to complete this procedure.
An objection must be submitted after updating and correcting data according to the reason for ineligibility, and submitting required documents according to the reasons for ineligibility through the electronic portal within a maximum period of 90 days from the issuance of eligibility results (Ineligible).
