The “Citizen’s Account” program explained the procedures for studying the eligibility of beneficiaries after accepting their objections, clarifying the meaning of the phrase “Your eligibility will be re-studied” that appears for some applicants, as part of its ongoing interaction with inquiries through its digital platforms.

The program confirmed, through its responses to beneficiaries, that the appearance of this phrase means that the objection submitted by the beneficiary has been initially approved, and that their request will enter the stage of data verification and re-evaluation of eligibility requirements fulfillment according to the updated data.

Regarding the timing of announcing the final results, the program explained that the date of issuing the objection approval plays a key role in determining the eligibility cycle in which the beneficiary will be included.

For example, if the approval is issued after the 10th of August, the beneficiary will be included for study in the eligibility cycle for the upcoming October, and they will be notified of the final result immediately upon its issuance.
