The “Citizen’s Account” program announced that resubmission requests submitted after July 10 will be reviewed for eligibility in the upcoming September cycle. The results will be announced to beneficiaries through the “Eligibility Review” section in their personal accounts.

The program clarified via its official service account that resubmitting requests after the deadline does not guarantee immediate eligibility. Applicants must meet specified conditions, which will be evaluated in the next cycle.

If a beneficiary’s status shows “ineligible” and the 90-day window to appeal eligibility results has passed without an appeal, the system requires updating their data based on the reason for ineligibility. They must then resubmit via the “Resubmit Request” option in the Eligibility Review section for reconsideration in future cycles.

The program emphasized the importance of beneficiaries regularly checking their accounts to verify eligibility status and promptly updating information if required, to avoid exclusion from designated support.
