According to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), singer Larisa Dolina must transfer the sold apartment in Khamovniki to the buyer, Polina Lurie, within five days.
According to the artist’s defense, Larisa Dolina is ready to voluntarily vacate the apartment. This came up after Polina Lurie contacted the bailiffs.
On December 25, the Moscow City Court ordered the singer to vacate the apartment. Larisa Dolina promised to hand over the keys by January 5, but this has not yet happened. The transaction scheduled for January 9 was canceled due to Ms. Dolina’s failure to appear.
Khamovniki
Khamovniki is a historic district in southwestern Moscow, Russia, which originated in the 17th century as a settlement for weavers (khamovniki) who produced linen for the royal court. It is best known as the location of the Novodevichy Convent, a UNESCO World Heritage Site founded in 1524, and was the longtime home of writer Leo Tolstoy, whose preserved estate is now a museum. The area retains a quiet, leafy character distinct from central Moscow, marked by its historical churches and 19th-century residential architecture.
Moscow City Court
The Moscow City Court is the primary judicial body for civil, criminal, and administrative cases within the Russian capital, established in its modern form after the 1993 Russian Constitution. Its history is rooted in the Soviet-era judicial system, and it is notably housed in a distinct, modern glass skyscraper within the Moscow International Business Center (Moscow-City), symbolizing its contemporary role. The court handles some of the country’s most high-profile and politically sensitive legal proceedings.
