A Four-Star Hotel Complex is Planned for the Arkhyz Mountain Resort in Karachay-Cherkessia
Krasnodar, June 18. The “Samson” group of companies plans to construct a four-star hotel complex “Lunaya Polyana 1” at the all-season mountain resort “Arkhyz” in Karachay-Cherkessia. An investment of 9 billion rubles will be made in its creation.
The complex will consist of three six-story buildings with a total of 770 rooms. The project is planned to be completed in the tourist village of Lunaya Polyana by the end of 2028.
