Krasnodar, June 16. In Sochi, the court satisfied the prosecutor’s office lawsuit recognizing the information posted by a blogger on his social media pages as prohibited for distribution in Russia.
The blogger had posted video content on the internet that promotes various traffic violations. It includes speeding, drifting, illegal use of police uniforms, and driving with fake license plates. Previously, the court had deprived the driver of his license for these actions.
The court found that such video clips contribute to the commission of offenses in the field of road safety and recognized the information posted on social networks as prohibited for distribution in Russia.
