Around 4:00 PM on April 22, the man is suspected of entering a women’s restroom in a shopping center located in Chuo 4-chome, Noboribetsu City, without a valid reason.

According to the police, there was an act suspected of voyeurism inside the women’s restroom, and an employee apprehended the man at the scene.

In response to the investigation, the man admitted to the charge, stating that it was to satisfy a sexual fetish.

The police are investigating the circumstances at the time, including whether voyeurism occurred, and any other possible offenses.
