Sapporo Toyohira Police Station has re-arrested a 53-year-old delivery worker from Tonden 8-5, Kita-ku, Sapporo, on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act (hit-and-run, failure to report an accident) and the Automobile Driving Penalty Act (unlicensed driving causing injury through negligence).
