The Tokai region is facing severe water shortages. From the night of the 10th, substantial rain fell for the first time in a while. In the 24 hours until noon on the 11th, precipitation reached 19.0 mm in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, and 11.5 mm in Nagoya City. This marks the first time precipitation has exceeded 10 mm in 49 days, since December 24th of last year.
