Sinar Mas Land reports that the trend of purchasing luxury homes remains high in the BSD City area, despite national economic uncertainty.
According to the Q1 2025 performance report, there was a 9% annual increase in marketing sales, rising from Rp2.22 trillion in Q1 2024 to Rp2.43 trillion in the same period this year.
The key factor supporting presales in the first three months of this year was residential projects, particularly those located in BSD City.
“This segment contributed the highest share at Rp1.28 trillion, or 53% of the company’s total marketing sales,” the report stated.
Given the sustained consumer interest in premium housing, Sinar Mas Land has launched the second phase of the Trésor cluster in BSD City.

With the tagline “Exquisite Majesty,” Trésor is designed as a modern luxury residence emphasizing elegant design and meticulous construction.
“Trésor Phase 2 was introduced due to the high demand after Phase 1 sold out. Based on customer feedback, we have enhanced the cluster, now offering the Altair type,” a representative explained.
Public interest in Trésor has been exceptionally high, with strong sales since its launch in 2024.
“All 37 units marketed in the first phase were sold out, with prices ranging from Rp12 to Rp22 billion. The demand for luxury homes among elite buyers remains strong, partly due to limited availability,” the statement noted.
The latest phase features an exclusive and limited release of 24 units, starting at Rp13 billion.
The Altair type (land area 240 m² / building area 412 m²) is a three-story luxury residence with four bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom.
It includes three kitchens (maid kitchen, wet kitchen, and dry kitchen), a family room, dining area, and a spacious terrace overlooking a lavish garden.
Additional features include a sky balcony, multifunction room, Kohler sanitary fixtures, a Schindler private lift, multi-storage garage, and a carport accommodating up to four vehicles.

To enhance the luxurious and elegant impression, each unit incorporates imported marble in its interior. The use of marble not only elevates aesthetics but also adds a timeless, sophisticated touch.
“Unit handovers will be conducted in phases, scheduled to begin in 2026,” the company stated.
Payment options include full cash payment, 12-18 month installment plans, and mortgage financing with a minimum 10% down payment. An express mortgage with no down payment or subsidies from Sinar Mas Land is also available.
“A 12.5% discount is offered for full cash payments. Unit handovers will be carried out in phases, starting in 2026,” the statement concluded.
