The Coordinating Minister for Food announced the opening of a large-scale recruitment drive for the management of the Red White Village Cooperative (Kopdes) and the Red White Fishermen’s Village (KNMP). A total of 35,476 vacancies have been prepared for this program.
It was stated that participants who pass the selection will later have the status of employees of a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) under a Fixed-Term Work Agreement scheme for two years.
This recruitment is aimed at finding human resources deemed capable of managing village cooperatives and fishermen’s villages professionally.
“The government will open recruitment for the best sons and daughters of Indonesia to participate in the management of the Red White Village or Sub-District Cooperative and the Red White Fishermen’s Village.”
Of the total vacancies, 30,000 positions are intended for managers of the Red White Kopdes.
Meanwhile, the other 5,476 positions are open for KNMP employees.
The selection process is conducted openly, and registration can be accessed through the official website.
This program is open to graduates of D3, D4, to S1 from all majors, with the requirement of a minimum GPA of 2.75 and a maximum age of 35 years.
“Furthermore, we emphasize that all stages of this selection are free of charge.”
The public was also urged to be cautious of fraud that promises graduation without going through the official process.
It was ensured there are no special channels or intermediary practices in this recruitment.
“No party can guarantee graduation. If there is a party asking for a fee, promising graduation, well that means it’s a fraud, a lie.”
