The Depok Regional Financial Agency (BKD) has recorded outstanding performance in the collection of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) for 2025. By the end of the third quarter (September 30, 2025), the realization of Depok’s PBB-P2 has reached 113.85 percent of the set target.

The Head of Regional Revenue Division II expressed his pride. The initial quarterly target was set at IDR 320 billion, but the actual achievement reached IDR 364,326,730,927.

“Alhamdulillah, our target achievement in the third quarter has been exceeded. The surplus amounts to IDR 44,326,730,927 or 113.85 percent,” he stated at Depok City Hall.

Optimism for Achieving the Year-End Target

It was explained that the PBB-P2 target for the entire year 2025, after a budget revision, is set at IDR 396,710,518,570. With this impressive achievement in the third quarter, BKD is optimistic that the year-end target will be met. “Hopefully it can be achieved, we are optimistic,” he affirmed.

Digital Convenience: No Reason for Delinquency

To maintain the positive trend and facilitate taxpayers, BKD has massively expanded PBB-P2 payment channels. It was emphasized that the public can now pay anytime and anywhere thanks to cooperation with various digital platforms and banks.

The available payment channels include:

  • Banking & Fintech: Bank BJB, Bank BTN, BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP.
  • Retail & E-Commerce: Indomaret, Alfamart, Post Offices, Traveloka, and Tokopedia.
  • Physical: PBB counters at district offices.

It was added that payments through digital platforms not only offer convenience but users will also receive immediate confirmation via email and have the chance to get attractive discount promotions. “So, there is no reason not to pay PBB-P2,” he concluded, encouraging Depok residents to continue supporting city development through tax payments.
