BEKASI CITY – The Bekasi City District Court rejected the lawsuit filed by the Kalimalang Trade Center Shop Owners Association (RSNK) 1, 2, and 3 against the Bekasi City Government and PT Mitra Patriot. This ruling confirms PT Mitra Patriot’s position as the exclusive parking manager in the area.

The Director of PT Mitra Patriot, David Rahardja, welcomed the court’s decision. He stated that the association’s lawsuit lacked a strong legal basis.

“Thank God, the lawsuit was rejected by the panel of judges. From the beginning, we believed this lawsuit seemed forced and baseless,” David stated in his official announcement.

Despite winning the case, David revealed that his company continues to prioritize a cooperative approach. He claimed to have held meetings with association representatives to discuss parking management solutions.

“We are opening communication channels as widely as possible. Suggestions from the association for area improvement will be considered and implemented,” he said.

Several improvement measures to be implemented immediately include relocating inadequate exit gates and reopening access to Ahmad Yani Road to reduce congestion.

With this legal certainty, PT Mitra Patriot is committed to creating better parking management for visitor comfort and increasing contributions to Bekasi City’s Local Revenue.
