BEKASI CITY – To make it easier for residents to process population document administration, the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) has launched a new breakthrough: a drive-thru service called LOPER KTP eL (Independent e-ID Card Pick-up Counter).
This e-KTP Loper is a drive-thru based self-pickup service specifically designed for residents who want to pick up their e-KTP because it was lost or damaged.
The mechanism for this service is designed to be simple and efficient, prioritizing resident comfort.
“Residents simply take a queue number via the E-open.id application. After that, they can directly pick up their e-KTP at the counter provided in the Disdukcapil building yard,”
This service is a flagship program of the Bekasi City Disdukcapil to speed up public services and reduce queue density inside the building.
“This service can be accessed every workday, Monday to Friday, during operational hours.”
With this innovation program from the Bekasi City Disdukcapil, it is hoped that the process of picking up population documents will become faster, more practical, and avoid crowds.
