Jakarta

The Narcotics Unit of the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police arrested two dealers with the initials MI and R in Bekasi. A total of 2,700 ecstasy pills with the ‘Marvel’ logo were seized.

“The Narcotics Unit of the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police successfully arrested two perpetrators along with evidence in the form of 2,700 ecstasy pills bearing the Marvel logo,” said the Head of the Narcotics Unit in a statement.

From photos received, the pills are blue and pink. The pills inscribed with ‘Marvel’ were wrapped in plastic clip bags.

The two perpetrators were secured in the Marga Jaya area of Bekasi City on a Friday. Police are currently expanding the investigation to arrest other perpetrators.

“Based on public information and investigative efforts, the two perpetrators MI and R were secured in the Marga Jaya area of Bekasi City on Friday,” the statement explained.

“The case is still under development, with several individuals listed as wanted persons (DPO),” it added.

Marvel
