BEKASI CITY – The Deputy Chair III of Bekasi City Council, Puspa Yani, responds that the Bekasi City Government is currently actively regulating or demolishing illegal buildings. According to her, the Bekasi City Government does not only focus on evictions, but must also provide solutions for the affected residents.

“The city government should not only focus on evictions. The Mayor of Bekasi, Tri Adhianto, must also ensure there are appropriate solutions for the affected residents, so that they still have a place to work and live,” said Puspa Yani.

In addition to spatial planning, Puspa also reminded about the zero complain program, which aims to optimize the role of officials in public service, so as to minimize and follow up on complaints from the public.
