Airtel Down: Airtel’s service has once again troubled users. People are facing difficulties using Airtel’s SMS, calling, and data services. Just last week, Airtel’s service had gone down in Delhi NCR. Users had to struggle with this problem for more than an hour and a half. After that, the company had also apologized to users. Now users are facing this trouble again.

Areas most affected by the problem
It is being reported that Airtel users in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai are particularly facing service disruptions. Airtel users have started reporting the service issues on Downdetector. The issues with Airtel’s service started at 12:11 PM. Subsequently, more than 7,019 users have reported problems with the service.

Airtel apologizes
According to this report, most Airtel users in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata have been affected by the service issues. Users have also expressed their frustration about the problems with Airtel’s service on social media platform X. On the other hand, Airtel Care has also confirmed that there is some issue with the service. The company has apologized in replies to users’ posts on X.

Airtel Care explains the reason
Airtel Care says that due to some technical glitch, users are facing connectivity issues. The telecom company says their team is trying its best to fix this problem as soon as possible. It will be resolved within an hour.

What you can do
If you are also facing problems with calling and SMS on your Airtel network, you can turn on airplane mode on your device for a few minutes. Then turn it off after a while. Doing this will refresh your phone’s network and resolve the connectivity issue.
