Hyderabad: The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has invited applications for 198 vacant positions in the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC). According to the notification issued by the board, recruitment will be conducted for 85 positions of Traffic Supervisor Trainee and 114 positions of Mechanical Supervisor Trainee. The number of vacancies is provisional and may change without prior notice. It has been stated that the pay scale for both positions is set between ₹27,080 and ₹81,400.
For the Traffic Supervisor Trainee position, candidates must be graduates, while for the Mechanical Supervisor Trainee position, a diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is required. Interested candidates can apply online on the official TSLPRB website between December 30 and January 20, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The application fee is ₹400 for SC, ST, and local candidates of Telangana, while it is ₹800 for candidates from other categories.
To apply, a candidate’s age must be between 18 and 25 years. SC, ST, BC, and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates are given a 5-year age relaxation. Ex-servicemen will receive an additional relaxation of 3 years beyond their service period.
Serving TSRTC employees are also permitted to apply. They are granted a maximum age relaxation of 10 years, provided their age does not exceed 40 years as of July 1, 2025. Meanwhile, SC, ST, and BC category TSRTC employees will receive relaxation according to their length of service in the corporation, but their age must not exceed 45 years as of July 1, 2025.
