Hyderabad, The Samyak Samayik for the month of May was organized by Prabhavati Zone at the residence of Vijay-Mamta Surana in Diamond Point.

It was stated that Prabhavati Zone, one of the 25 Samayik zones operating under the auspices of the Hyderabad Terapanth Mahila Mandal, organized the Samyak Samayik. After the recitation of daily prayers, the Paisthiya Chhand was chanted. Along with this, meditation on the four Loggass was performed for world peace. On this occasion, information was provided about the city visitation program of the ascetics, including Muni Deepkumarji, from Thana-2 residing in the city.

The main attraction of the Samayik after the Mangal Bhavana was a motivational workshop by internationally renowned yoga trainer and sound healing therapist Poonam Awasthi. She stated that we should focus on mental health along with physical health, as a woman is the health minister of the home. She must take care of the mental and physical health of the entire family along with herself. Therefore, she must first be healthy herself. She explained about the Nav Chakras and led a meditation. Rishi Surana expressed gratitude.
