Meeting held regarding preparations for Chaturmas in the Philkhana Sangh.
Hyderabad, a meeting was organized regarding the preparations for the Chaturmas of Acharya Shri Vimal Sagar Surishwarji M.Sa., Pujya Ganivarya Shri Padmavimalsagarji M.Sa., and others of the Thana, under the auspices of Shri Mahavir Swami Jain Shwetambar Sangh Philkhan, by the Kalyanakari Tapagacch Varshavas Committee Hyderabad Trayanagar.
According to a press release, a delegation went to Ballari (Karnataka) to meet Pujya Acharyashri to discuss the formation of a committee for the preparation and arrangements of the Chaturmas. Gurudev granted approval for the appointment of the main coordinator, coordinators, and co-coordinators for the Chaturmas. During the meeting, in-depth discussions were held on topics such as the sermon pandal, dining pandal, worship arrangements, and parking at the Chaturmas venue, Numaish Ground.
On this occasion, a finance committee was formed. It was also decided to form other committees in the next meeting. Pujya Acharya Bhagwant will arrive at Vimalachal Heights, Arihant Gali, on July 14-15. On July 16, after breakfast at Mahavir Bhavan at 8 AM, a procession for the Chaturmas entry will begin. A historic Chaturmas entry program will take place at Numaish Ground. Thousands of male and female devotees from outside villages will arrive on the occasion. After the entry program at Numaish Ground, entry will be made at Mahavir Bhavan at 11 AM.
