Indore, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Sunday that India is continuously advancing by disproving everyone’s predictions due to its reverence for the traditional philosophy of the balanced trinity of knowledge, action, and devotion. He made these remarks at a time when the country’s economic growth rate was a better-than-expected 7.80 percent in the April-June quarter of the current financial year. This is the highest in the five quarters prior to the imposition of heavy tariffs by the United States.

Bhagwat released the book “Parikrama Kripa Sar” by Madhya Pradesh Cabinet Minister Prahlad Singh Patel in Indore. On this occasion, the RSS chief said at the ceremony that the ancestors of Indian citizens have shown many paths through various sects and traditions, demonstrating how the balanced trinity of knowledge, action, and devotion flows in life.

Bhagwat stated that India still holds reverence for this traditional philosophy of life, which is why the country continues to progress on the path of development by disproving everyone’s predictions. The RSS chief said, (then British Prime Minister) Winston Churchill once said that (after independence from British rule) you (India) will not be able to survive and will break apart, but that did not happen. Now England itself is reaching a state of division, but we will not break apart. We will move forward. We were once divided, but we will reunite again. Bhagwat said that conflicts in the world arise due to personal selfish interests, and all problems emerge. He also stated that when India was the world leader for 3,000 years, there was no discord in the world.

Emphasis on Development and Self-Reliance

Bhagwat said that in India, nature is worshipped through the veneration of mother cow, rivers, and trees, and the country’s relationship with nature is based on a vibrant and conscious experience. He stated, today’s world is longing for this connection (with nature). For the past 300-350 years, they (countries of the world) have been told that everyone is separate and only the strong will survive. They are being told that even if they become strong by stepping on someone’s stomach or cutting someone’s throat, it does not matter.

Bhagwat said, earlier only tailors used to cut (clothing) collars and pockets. Now the whole world is doing it. They know that this is causing chaos,
