New Delhi, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta conducted a surprise inspection of Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital on Thursday and reviewed the services being provided and the availability of doctors.

The Chief Minister directed the hospital administration to ensure medicines, drinking water, cleanliness, and other facilities suitable for the summer season. She also interacted with doctors and hospital staff and instructed them to modernize healthcare services.

Gupta said in a post on X, “Our resolve is that every citizen of Delhi should experience a healthcare system where they receive timely treatment, modern facilities are available, the environment is clean, and patients are treated with respect.” She stated that her government is working to provide reliable healthcare services to every family and to make every hospital a center of service, sensitivity, and trust.
