The 38th annual conference of the Sirvi Samaj Trust Surat was joyfully concluded on Monday at the Samaj Bhavan. As part of the conference, a satsang was also organized in the evening.

On this occasion, it was announced that the election process for the next two years has been completed. Under the supervision of the election officer and secretary, a new executive committee was formed. Unanimously, Hemaram Panwar was elected as President, Mahendra Rathod as Vice President, Bhanwarlal Bhayal as Secretary, CA Poonamchand Parihar as Joint Secretary, Hemraj Muleva as Treasurer, and Dayaram Soyal as Joint Treasurer.

The newly elected officials took an oath to serve the community with devotion, accompanied by Mataji’s aarti. It was shared that the two-day event was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the community members.

During the conference, it was also announced that an award distribution ceremony will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, to honor talented students. Prizes will be distributed to encourage the students. It was mentioned that donors will also have a special contribution in this event. The program was attended by a large number of community officials, executive members, former officials, and various committees of the society.
