In this incident, the child’s cousin brother, Vikas Shah, who abducted him, has been captured on CCTV footage.

The details of the incident obtained from the police are as follows. On August 21, Vikas Shah, the son of Akash’s aunt (masi), took the child with him. When he did not return for hours, the family filed a complaint at the Amroli police station.

The police immediately took action and scrutinized CCTV footage, which showed Vikas taking the innocent child to the railway station with the help of a bike rider.

The police also discovered that Vikas had taken his aunt Durgavati Kumari’s mobile phone with him. When the mobile location was traced, it was moving first towards Nashik and then towards Mumbai.

Meanwhile, panic ensued when the body of a three-year-old child was found in the toilet of an AC coach of the Kushinagar Express, arriving from Gorakhpur to Mumbai, at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) in the Kurla area of Mumbai. The police have CCTV footage of Vikas taking the child from Surat. However, it remains to be revealed who killed the innocent child and why. In this case, the Surat and Mumbai police are investigating together. The police are investigating the passengers of the Kushinagar Express and the CCTV footage to reach the murderer.
