Successful outreach campaign in Anand: Central Bank of India approves over 60 loans to farmers on the spot.
The Mega Agricultural Credit Outreach Campaign organized by Central Bank of India in Anand was successfully completed. More than 170 farmers received guidance, over 60 loan sanction letters were distributed, and insurance claims were settled.
With the aim of empowering farmers and accelerating agricultural development, the “Mega Agricultural Credit Outreach Campaign” organized by Central Bank of India was successfully held today, June 6, 2026, at Bhanubhai I. Patel Alcon Hall, GIDC, Anand. The main objective of this campaign was to provide farmers with detailed information about various agricultural credit schemes and ensure timely financial assistance.
The camp started at 11:00 AM, with active participation from all branches in the area. Over 170 farmers, members of women’s self-help groups (SHGs), and other customers attended. Considering the convenience of farmers, the bank conducted an on-the-spot loan approval process, under which over 60 loan sanction letters were distributed to eligible beneficiaries at the event venue.
In addition, checks for 4 death claim settlements under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) were handed over to the respective nominees.
