Meeting Held with Gujarat State President Ishwar Patel Present
A special meeting of Laghu Udyog Bharati was organized at Shri Marudhar Kesari Saree Pvt. Ltd., Regent Textile Market, Surat. Gujarat State President Ishwar Patel was primarily present at the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, Gujarat President Ishwar Patel said that Surat is a major textile hub of the country. In the upcoming 16th Indian Industrial Fair (IIF) to be held in October at the Helipad Ground in Gandhinagar, maximum participation of industrialists and traders from Surat should be ensured. He informed that about 2 lakh people are expected to visit this industrial fair, which will provide new opportunities to industries on a large scale.
Surat City President Ramavatar Parikh emphasized organizational expansion and said that a women’s wing structure will be formed in Surat. For this, Chanchal Vachhani has been assigned the responsibility of women’s president. He expressed confidence that the number of women members will soon be increased to expand the women’s wing, and in the near future, a women entrepreneurs’ conference will be organized to honor outstanding women entrepreneurs.
City Vice President Ramesh Rathi informed that currently, 7 units of the organization are functioning in Surat, which will be expanded to form a new executive structure.
Division Vice President Hansraj Jain expressed gratitude to all the office bearers and workers present and said that issues related to industry interests, trader interests, and national interest should be strongly raised through the organization.
Joint Secretary Pankaj Sharma, Media Incharge Shishpal Swami, Unit Presidents Om Prakash Kumawat, Radheshyam Sharma, Ganpat Bhati, Shravan Singh Rajpurohit, along with office bearers and workers from various units, were present at the meeting.
