Ahmedabad Plane Crash: Pilot Sumit Sabharwal’s Body Brought to Mumbai
Mumbai, June 17. Last week, the pilot of an Air India plane that crashed in Ahmedabad, Captain Sumit Sabharwal’s body was brought to Mumbai on Tuesday. Officials provided this information.
An official reported that Sabharwal’s body was brought to Mumbai airport by plane in a coffin early in the morning. They said that his family members will take the body to his residence in Powai’s Jal Vayu Vihar.
They explained that the body will be kept at Sabharwal’s home for an hour for last respects, and later his cremation will be conducted at the Chakala Electric Crematorium.
Sabharwal (56) lived in Mumbai with his elderly parents.
