Those sent to prosecutors on suspicion of injury are a construction company president in his 60s and a male executive in his 50s from the same company.
According to investigators, in March 2025, the president and the executive held a male employee in his 20s in a headlock and assaulted him at a company dormitory in Nishi Ward, causing serious injuries to his neck and knees.
A former employee who spoke directly to the assaulted man said, “His injuries have healed, but he mentioned having difficulty hearing.”
