Heavy rain accompanied by strong winds caused trees to fall on Jalan H Nadi, Kelurahan Kunciran Jaya, Kecamatan Pinang, Kota Tangerang, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
The rain and wind did not last long, but several trees, suspected to be fragile, fell and blocked the road.
Debris from the fallen trees was still scattered on the road. Joint officers were seen evacuating tree debris in the middle of the road, which caused traffic congestion.
The incident was confirmed to have occurred at 14:10 local time. “Heavy rain accompanied by strong winds caused several trees to collapse, covering half of the road,” he stated.
