New Administrative Capital
The New Administrative Capital is a planned city currently under construction in the Egyptian desert, approximately 45 kilometers east of Cairo. Initiated in 2015, it is a flagship megaproject designed to alleviate congestion in the historic capital, relocate government institutions, and serve as a new financial and technological hub for the country.
Mont Jalalah Towers and Marina
The Mont Jalalah Towers and Marina is a modern luxury residential and commercial development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, situated along the Red Sea coast. While the complex itself is a recent 21st-century construction, it is part of the larger King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), a mega-project launched in 2005 to diversify the nation’s economy and boost tourism. The development symbolizes Saudi Arabia’s contemporary vision for high-end urban living and waterfront leisure.
Red Sea region
The Red Sea region, historically a vital maritime trade corridor for ancient civilizations like Egypt and the Roman Empire, is a body of water and surrounding area connecting Africa and Asia. It is renowned for its unique marine biodiversity, including extensive coral reefs, and its strategic importance continues today with the Suez Canal. The coastal areas have a rich cultural history shaped by trade, pearl diving, and the influence of various empires and kingdoms over millennia.
