First 11 Months
According to information from the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the overall situation of China’s air cargo has continued to improve this year, with business scale continuously expanding.
In the first 11 months, the national civil aviation sector completed over 9.24 million tons of cargo and mail transportation, a year-on-year increase of 13.6%. Of this, domestic routes accounted for 5.254 million tons, and international routes accounted for 3.988 million tons, representing year-on-year growth of 8.1% and 21.8%, respectively.
During the first 11 months, China’s cargo flights continued to grow, cumulatively connecting to 70 countries and 170 cities, an increase of 8 countries and 27 cities compared to the previous year. The average weekly flight volume reached 1,767 flights, an increase of 15.7% compared to last year.
