This year’s competition has been fully upgraded, with broader participation, more refined themes, and stronger dissemination, aiming to become a brand event in Guangzhou’s health science popularization field with greater scale, higher authority, and wider influence.
I. Competition Registration Period
June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
II. Eligible Participants
Based on previous participants from Guangzhou’s health system, education system, and sports system engaged in health promotion and education, this year’s competition is fully open to faculty and students of medical schools in Guangzhou, social organizations in the health science popularization field in Guangzhou, and media professionals, gathering diverse science popularization forces.
III. How to Participate
Participants log in to the Guangzhou Health Science Popularization Information Platform (kepu.wjw.gz.gov.cn) to submit their works.
IV. Competition Organization
The competition is divided into five stages: organization and mobilization, registration and submission, work evaluation, public announcement and result release, and work exhibition. After participants submit their works, district health bureaus and the Guangzhou Health Education and Promotion Center conduct preliminary and secondary reviews. The Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission organizes an expert review team for final evaluation, announces the results, and releases the list of award-winning works. Award-winning works are exhibited on the “Guangzhou Health Science Popularization Information Platform” and the official WeChat public account and video account “Guangzhou Health Commission.”
