In the first half of the year, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee, all regions and departments thoroughly implemented the decisions and plans of the central leadership, adhered to the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability, fully and accurately applied the new development philosophy, accelerated efforts to foster a new development paradigm, and balanced domestic economic work with international economic and trade challenges. More proactive and impactful macro policies were effectively implemented, enabling the national economy to withstand pressure and forge ahead.
