- Recently, heavy rainfall has been frequent in southern China. Parts of central and eastern Guangdong, eastern Guangxi, and other areas experienced heavy rain or torrential rain. Many regions in Guangdong saw extreme downpours. Currently, some areas still need to remain vigilant against potential geological disasters, mountain floods, and urban or rural waterlogging caused by persistent heavy rainfall.
