The “Atomic Energy Law of the People’s Republic of China” was adopted at the 17th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on September 12, 2025. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect on January 15, 2026.
