The amount of the administrative fine imposed on the credit institution was 250 thousand rubles.

A complaint was received by the Main Directorate of the FSSP of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory. A local resident reported that bank employees were calling her and her relatives, thereby exerting psychological pressure. According to the applicant, she did not list her relatives as third parties in the loan agreement. Furthermore, the woman did not give consent for communication with third parties regarding the repayment of the overdue debt.

The credit institution was held administratively liable and fined 250 thousand rubles, but the bank attempted to appeal the decision in court.

The Arbitration Court recognized the decision of the bailiffs as lawful. The credit institution has now fully paid the fine.

Since the beginning of 2025, on the initiative of the Main Directorate of the FSSP of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, legal entities engaged in the collection of overdue debt have paid administrative fines totaling 7 million rubles for violations of debt collection legislation.
