As part of the “Chunshen Beautiful Life Season” series of events, the sixth “Jiangnan Food Festival” in Minhang District has set its main venue here. Last night, the 2025 Minhang District “Chunshen Beautiful Life Season” officially kicked off. It will plan and launch over 50 key projects and more than 60 featured activities across three dimensions: event-driven traffic, consumer benefits, and cultural enrichment. The goal is to create a full-chain service covering “spectating—tourism—accommodation—shopping—leisure,” making this “Golden September, Silver October” consumption peak season truly vibrant.

In the consumer sector, Minhang District is seizing the opportunity of “dual festivals and dual events” by introducing multiple consumption-boosting measures. At 8 PM on three Fridays—September 26, October 3, and October 10—Minhang will issue three rounds of “Chunshen Beautiful Life Benefit Coupons,” totaling 10 million yuan. These include four denominations, such as 300 yuan off for purchases over 1,000 yuan and 100 yuan off for purchases over 500 yuan, usable at over 600 merchants in 25 commercial complexes and more than 160 hotels and cinemas across the district.

At the same time, Minhang District will extend its auto consumption subsidy policy through October, offering a one-time fixed subsidy of 3,000 yuan per new vehicle. It will collaborate with 16 automakers to promote discounts, leveraging both “government subsidies and corporate benefits” to boost auto consumption.

In the housing sector, Minhang District launched the “Chunshen Beautiful Life Season · Minhang Good Homes Enjoyment GO” event starting September 13. It integrates over 20 high-quality properties, covering popular areas such as Maqiao villas and Wujing Lanxiang Lake residences, offering benefits like in-store gifts, home appliance rewards, and parking space subsidies. Relying on the city’s first “Housing Trade-in Service Station,” it provides “one-stop services for ‘renting, buying, and exchanging.'”

During the “Chunshen Beautiful Life Season,” Shanghai ATP1000 Tennis Masters and the Buick LPGA Championship will be held in Minhang. Minhang is adopting a “top events + public participation” model to enhance the economic impact and regional influence of sports. Additionally, over 10 public sports events have been planned, including the One Ball Wins Tennis Grand Prix and Maqiao Tennis Open, covering activities like health runs, flag football, and kayaking, to bring sports events into commercial areas, scenic spots, and parks.

At the opening ceremony of the “Chunshen Beautiful Life Season,” the “Minhang Cultural Tourism Experience Guide” was released, featuring integrated landmarks such as Qibao Ancient Town, Pujiang Country Park, and Minhang Museum. It will be distributed free of charge to key hotels and A-level tourist attractions to provide precise cultural tourism guidance for visitors.
