CIKARANG – The Bekasi Regency DPRD Building on Wednesday (3/9/2025) was visited by a crowd from the Bekasi Regency Civil Society Coalition. The representatives of the crowd were received by the Chairman of the DPRD, Ade Sukron, and the Vice Chairman of the DPRD, Budi Muhammad Mustofa
“We from the Bekasi Regency Civil Society Coalition came to this People’s Representative Building bringing 7 points as input, the content of which is for the regional government and the Bekasi Regency Legislature to seriously resolve the many problems that greatly impact the lives of the people of Bekasi Regency,” said a representative of the crowd.
The seven points in question include, among others: the waste emergency; budget savings for regional allowances and executive and legislative official travel; establishing the LP2B Regional Regulation; revising Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2023 concerning regional taxes and levies; and revoking Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2007 concerning permits for the management of economically valuable non-B3 solid waste because it hinders investment and business in Bekasi Regency.
“We urge all elements responsible for running the wheels of government (legislative and executive) to immediately resolve these issues properly. So that it has a good impact on the people of Bekasi Regency broadly,” the representative emphasized.
