On August 28, the Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Area Integrated Litigation Service Center, the first cross-regional and cross-level litigation service center in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, was officially inaugurated and began operations.
The Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Area Integrated Litigation Service Center specializes in handling multiple litigation matters across two regions and three court levels. It features eight functional zones, including “one window, three areas, two rooms, one station, and one courtroom,” achieving cross-regional collaboration and processing. It aims to empower the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle with high-quality judiciary services, efficient collaboration, and advanced governance, striving to build an essential legal platform and a model for judicial cooperation to support Sichuan-Chongqing coordinated development.
After becoming operational, the center will handle litigation service businesses for courts at three levels across Sichuan and Chongqing in an integrated manner, truly achieving the high-quality service goal of “entering only one door and making only one trip,” continuously providing the public with superior judicial services.
