On the morning of August 24, Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Standing Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, and other Party and State leaders met with outstanding delegates representing various strata of the people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

The conference was attended by 300 delegates from 34 provinces and cities across the country.
