The “In the Rhythm of the District” mass summer run will be held for the first time at VDNKh. This was announced on the official website of the Mayor of Moscow.

“The mass run ‘In the Rhythm of the District’ will take place for the first time from 2:00 PM on August 30 to 1:00 AM on August 31 at VDNKh. It will be held on the open sports fields near Pavilion No. 27 ‘Physical Culture and Sport’ and the Michurinsky Garden. The event will take place with the support of the Moscow Department of Sports and VDNKh,” the statement says.

It is specified that participation in the run is free. The distances are designed specifically for runners of different ages. The family run involves children from four to seven years old and adults, while the other distances are intended for citizens over 18 years of age.

Thus, a mother, father, and child from four to seven years old can participate in the 400 m family run. It will be held without results being tallied. Men and women aged 18 and over can join the 5,000 m run. Personal results will be tallied separately for men and women.

In addition, a 10,000 m run will be held among men and women aged 18 and over. Its results will also be tallied separately for men and women.

Every participant of the run will receive a bib number, a branded drawstring bag with the event’s symbols, and gifts from partners, and at the finish line, they will be greeted with a well-deserved medal. You can register for the run on the “In the Rhythm of the District” website.
