KOTA BEKASI – In 2024, the government of Kota Bekasi received an “Unqualified Opinion” status from the Financial Audit Board for the performance of its financial reports. Despite receiving this status, the report still identified issues within the financial reports of the region.
In response to this, there was a highlight on findings by the Financial Audit Board in the financial report for the year 2024. It was requested that the findings involving several Regional Device Organizations must be addressed promptly by the government of Kota Bekasi.
“I see there are still findings from the Financial Audit Board related to the financial report for the year 2024. The Mayor must immediately address these issues,” it was stated after a meeting concerning the initial exposure of the audit results for the year 2024.
