Dadan appeared wearing a pink detainee vest as he walked toward the prepared prison vehicle. He did not provide any statements to the media and immediately entered the vehicle.

Dadan’s appearance in detainee attire occurred amid an investigation into alleged buying and selling of Nutrition Service Unit (SPPG) points in the Free Nutritious Meal Program. Previously, investigators had also searched the National Nutrition Agency office in connection with the case.

In addition to Dadan, two former Deputy Heads of BGN, Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, were also seen leaving the Jampidsus building on the same day. Both wore Attorney General’s Office detainee vests as they were escorted to the prison vehicle.

Sony and Lodewyk appeared to be escorted by officers with both hands handcuffed during the process to the prison vehicle. They also did not provide any statements to the media waiting at the location.

The Attorney General’s Office has not yet issued an official statement regarding the legal status of Dadan Hindayana, Sony Sonjaya, and Lodewyk Pusung. The Attorney General’s Office has also not explained the case construction or the results of the examination related to the alleged buying and selling of SPPG points in the Free Nutritious Meal Program.

Nevertheless, the three former BGN officials were seen wearing detainee vests as they left the Jampidsus building and headed to the prison vehicle under the escort of Attorney General’s Office officers.
