Adilabad, The movement of a tiger in Raelligarhpur Gram Panchayat of Hajipur division has created panic among local residents of Mancherial district. Farmers have stopped going to their fields due to fear of tiger attacks. According to local residents, the tiger killed a cow and its carcass was found in the forests of Raelligarhpur on Saturday.
For the past two months, a tiger has been spotted in the forests on the outskirts of Tiryani, Kasipet and Bellampalli towns. Cattle herders are particularly alert and have stopped taking their cattle to graze in the forests. Some farmers are even avoiding going to their fields and prefer to return home before sunset to avoid any unpleasant incidents.
