A massive blood donation camp was organized at the Millennium Textile Market FOSTA office complex near Kamela Darwaza on Ring Road in Surat city, on the occasion of World Brotherhood Day and the 18th death anniversary of Rajyogini Dadi Prakashmaniji. This event was held under the joint auspices of Brahma Kumaris and the Social Service Division.

The main coordinator of the event stated that “Blood donation is the greatest donation. It is not only a means to save lives but also rejuvenates the body with new energy.” A large number of social workers, including people from the textile market, actively participated in this camp. Individuals who donated blood were honored with certificates.

On this occasion, it was informed that such blood donation camps are being organized at over 5,000 to 6,000 service centers across India in memory of Dadi Prakashmaniji. With a pledge to collect more than one lakh units of blood, this campaign has also been registered in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Tomorrow morning at 10 AM, blood donation camps will also be organized at various service centers in Surat, including the Balaji Road Service Center. The organizers have appealed to city residents and charitable institutions to cooperate in this noble cause by donating blood and embracing the opportunity to serve humanity.
